Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us on 0447 331 530 at least 24 hours before your session time begins. You will forfeit your entire session fee for a no show. Please be aware you will incur extra costs for extra time. A $50 cancellation fee will be retained with any cancellations, we are happy to reschedule you. We only accept rebooking times within a 3 month period of your original booking time. Your booking cost will be forfeited if not rebooked within this time frame. Thank you.
